Thank you for your interest in fostering a rescued pet.  Please fill out this application and submit. There are no wrong answers. Please answer all questions as honestly as you can so that we can match you with your perfect foster companion pet.

I will provide it with adequate food, water, shelter, training, affection and medical care. I am in full agreement with these terms of fostering.  Pet Rescue Team is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident or injury.  Pet Rescue Team reserves the right to refuse or deny any application.  Pet Rescue Team also reserves the right to rescind approval at any time.
